Junk Food, Dialysis, and the Billion-Peso Industry That Needs You Sick

They say it's your choice—but is it? Junk food is everywhere, dialysis centers are booming, and the food industry keeps cashing in. Is this just bad luck, or is the system designed to keep you sick? Before you take another bite, ask yourself: Who's really benefiting from your diet? 🚨

INTRODUCTION: HOW TO DESTROY YOUR KIDNEYS WITHOUT EVEN TRYING

Meet Vanessa. She’s 15 years old and already on dialysis.

How does that happen? Did she:
❌ Party too hard? Nope.
❌ Get cursed by a witch? Also nope.
❌ Get hit by a bus made of salt? Not even close.

According to reports, she regularly consumed:
✔ Instant noodles
✔ Soft drinks
✔ Canned goods and processed meats
✔ Zero water because “it tastes weird” (we’ve all heard that one)

Is this shocking? Not really.
Is this preventable? Probably.
Is this her fault? Hold up—that’s the real question.

Because let’s be honest—Vanessa didn’t wake up one day and say, "I think I’ll eat nothing but processed food for years and see what happens."

She grew up in a system where that kind of diet is normal.

So, is this just a random tragedy, or is it something bigger?

Let’s break it down.

PART 1: HOW TO TURN AN ENTIRE GENERATION INTO WALKING CHEMISTRY EXPERIMENTS

Once upon a time, people ate real food—you know, stuff that came from the ground or had parents.

Then Big Food came along and said,
"Hey, let’s make food faster, cheaper, and yada-yada-yada!"

And now, here we are:

✔ Supermarkets full of things that last longer than some marriages.
✔ Junk food available in schools, convenience stores, and even hospitals (because irony is fun).
✔ A society that thinks a meal in a plastic cup + a liter of liquid sugar = normal.

And people wonder why everyone is sick?

WHY DOES THIS MATTER?

  • Your body was designed for real food, not something that needs a scientist to pronounce the ingredients.
  • Soft drinks are basically liquid diabetes.
  • Processed carbs mess up your insulin levels faster than a bad investment messes up your bank account.
  • If food needs a marketing budget bigger than a blockbuster movie, maybe it’s not the best thing to eat daily?

But hey, it’s your choice, right?

Or is it?

PART 2: THE GOVERNMENT—WHOSE JOB IS IT TO PROTECT US AGAIN?

Here’s a fun thought: If the government can ban plastic straws to save turtles, shouldn’t they at least look into what’s making kids need dialysis before they hit high school?

Instead, we have:
No major restrictions on junk food marketing, even to kids.
Some ingredients that are banned in other countries still approved for sale here.
School cafeterias selling soft drinks and instant noodles like they’re essential school supplies.

Now, in fairness, the government doesn’t force anyone to eat this stuff. But could they do more to ensure people understand the risks?

That’s a conversation worth having.

Because if the rules protect businesses more than public health, what does that tell you?

PART 3: WHY MAINSTREAM MEDIA WON’T SAVE YOU

If food companies can advertise junk food 24/7, you’d think media would balance that out with health education, right?

HAHAHAHA. Cute.

Instead, we get:
TV flooded with junk food and soft drink ads (because sponsorship money talks).
Articles that promote low-fat snacks instead of talking about ultra-processed food dangers.
More coverage on celebrity weight loss than on the rising cases of child dialysis.

Coincidence? Maybe.
Convenient? Definitely.

And if people don’t hear the truth, can they really be blamed for making bad choices?

PART 4: THE MEDICAL SYSTEM—TREATMENT OVER PREVENTION?

Here’s how the game works:

1️⃣ Eat junk food because it’s cheap and everywhere.
2️⃣ Get sick earlier than your grandparents did.
3️⃣ Spend a lifetime on medication while your health slowly declines.
4️⃣ Profit! (For someone else, not you.)

✔ Dialysis centers are booming (which is why I'm planning to start one as well since it's stressful to teach about low carb and intermittent fasting when very few are willing to pay for the right information anyway).
✔ Diabetes medication sales are skyrocketing (which is why I'm planning to buy shares in Big Pharmaceutical Companies soon).
✔ The healthcare industry loves treating symptoms instead of stopping the problem at the source.

Not saying it’s intentional. But if you could make billions off sick people (I'll be pinching a little bit of that as soon as I own Big Pharma shares, a dialysis center, a pharmacy, and a diagnostics center), would you really be in a rush to make them healthy?

PART 5: HOW TO AVOID BEING A STATISTIC

🚨 Who is most at risk?

  • Kids who grow up believing instant noodles are an acceptable breakfast.
  • Parents who trust that if it’s legal and everywhere, it must be fine.
  • Filipinos who don’t realize they’re being sold a diet designed to make them dependent on medication later.

So, what can you do?

🚀 THE SIMPLE GAME PLAN

EAT REAL FOOD – Meat, eggs, seafood. If your lola's lola would recognize it, it’s probably fine.
QUESTION MARKETING CLAIMS – If it needs an ad campaign to convince you it’s “healthy,” is it?
FOCUS ON NUTRITION, NOT JUST CALORIES – A zero-calorie soft drink is still poison (though I drink it from time to time, if I'm being honest—but not because I need to, but because I want to. It’s really delicious.).
STOP WAITING FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO FIX THIS – They won’t. You have to fix it yourself.
SHARE WHAT YOU LEARN – Because if you don’t, who will?

It’s not about being perfect—it’s about not falling for the trap.

FINAL THOUGHTS: ARE WE GOING TO KEEP PRETENDING THIS IS NORMAL?

Vanessa’s case is sad, but she is not an exception. More and more young people are getting sick earlier—yet the food industry continues business as usual.

🚨 So we have two choices:

🔴 Keep eating what’s convenient, keep getting sick, and hope that luck is on our side.
🟢 Take control, eat better, and stop being an easy target for a system that profits from our ignorance.

At the end of the day, what you eat is your choice.
But if your “choice” is based on decades of marketing, misinformation, and government inaction… is it really a choice?

🔥 Now, if this made you think—good. That means you’re paying attention.
So what do you do now?

Share this. Not to attack, but to make people think.
Start small. Swap one ultra-processed meal for real food.
Stay aware. The system won’t change overnight, but you can change what’s on your plate.

🚨 Your health. Your choice. 🚨
